1. Rain is to cause plants and trees to grow and to quench the thirst of man.
2. When it functions abnormally, it becomes hail that damages the life of the earth.
3. Wind sends a supply of fresh air, but it causes locusts to appear that devours what remained from the plague of the hail.
4. The third group, God deals with rain, wind, and sunshine.
5. Worldliness is worse than sinfulness. Worldliness is against God's holiness which is higher than sinfulness that is against His righteousness.
