Isa Msg 29

Truth:
1. Keeping the Sabbath is that we cease from our doing, stop our work, and enjoy what the Lord has done for us, drinking of Him as the water.
2. To keep the Sabbath is to believe in the Lord Jesus. To believe in Christ is actually to be "fired," to be replaced with Christ, and to drink of Him as the waters.
3. The real meaning of fasting is to stop eating all things other than the Lord Jesus and to not have the taste for anything other than Him.
4. The evil condition of the wicked is that they do not come to the Lord to eat and enjoy the Lord.
5. To take refuge in the Lord is to get into Him and stay in Him to enjoy Him.
6. The wicked ones do many things, but they cannot have peace, because they do not
contact the Lord, rest in Him, and remain in His presence.
7. We should be replaced by Christ and enjoy God continually. This is the purpose for which Christ died for us and was resurrected for us.

Life experience/Application:
1. The more we realize that it is no longer we who live but that it is Christ who lives in us, the more we drink of the waters.
2. We may be busy, even with our morning revival, and not have any contact with the Lord. We need to learn at every moment and during every action to touch, taste, eat, and enjoy the Lord.
3. The greatest obstacle to our Christian life is our failure to contact the Lord.
4. Our heart needs to be revived in one way, and our spirit needs to be revived in another way. The way to have a real revival is to contact the Lord.
5. If we contact the lord, have fellowship with Him, and remain in His presence, He will be happy and we will have peace.
6. Some may think that they are right and others are wrong, that they are spiritual and others are not serious with the Lord. As a result, these ones condemn others in the church life, and their condemnation becomes a yoke on others' shoulders.
7. The one who fasts in the right way will be full of light and life.

Isa Msg 27

Truth:
1. Christ grew up not only like a tender plant but also like a root out of dry ground. For the Lord Jesus, this dry ground included the poor home of Joesph and Mary, the despised city of Nazareth, and the despised region of Galilee.
2. Sicknesses and sorrows are mentioned with transgressions and iniquities because our sicknesses and sorrows come from one thing -- sin. If we had never sinned, we could never be sick and we would have no sorrow.
3. The vicarious death of Christ depends on God's being pleased to put Him to death and on Christ's being willing to die in such a way. Because He had no sin, He did not need to die for Himself. His vicarious death was for us.
4. When He justified us, He exercised His knowledge and considered such matters as how we would be related to God and how we would affect the kingdom of God.
5. We have a great many sins, but because Christ has decided to justify us, to accept us, He is willing to bar all our sins.
6. On the one hand, the New Jerusalem will be a great pleasure, a great enjoyment, shared by God and Christ. On the other hand, the New Jerusalem will be a spoil captured by Christ from Satan.
7. The security of Israel is maintained by Christ, who is the covenant for them.

Life experience/Application:
1. When we are sick, it is proper for us to pray, "Lord, because in Your death for me You bore my sicknesses, I do have the ground to ask You to take my sickness away."

Isa Msg 26

Truth:
1. God's judgment is a light. If we have His judgment, we have His light. Otherwise, we are in darkness.
2. Jehovah's arm is Christ the Servant of Jehovah. Jehovah's arm for Israel is actually Christ for Israel.
3. The vessels of the temple typify the ways and means for God's people to enjoy Christ. These vessels continued to exist, but they were marred.
4. Religious Babylon is very mysterious. It has God, Christ, and Satan within it. It has a name that it proclaims god and preaches Christ as the Savior. But when its members believe its preaching, they are brought into the secrets, mysteries, and deep things of Satan to worship idols.
5. Anything that is part of Babylon is abominable in the eyes of God.

Life experience/Application:
1. Anything that is Babylonian gives Satan the ground to defeat the people of God. If we would serve God as His pure people, we first need to have a thorough clearance of all Babylonian things.

4. He who fears Jehovah and hears the voice of His servant has light while walking in darkness.
