1. 4 layers of the covering of the tabernacle; the first layer being the 10 curtains.
2. The first layer of curtain typifies Christ's humanity.
3. The overflow signifies the Triune God in resurrection.
4. Fine indicates evenness, and twined indicates the linen was not loose in any way.
5. Blue is heavenly. Purple is kingly. Scarlet signifies redemption.
6. 28 cubits long. 28 = 4 * 7. 7 is perfection of the Lord Jesus as a man.
7. 40 = 4 * 10 curtains. It signifies testing and trial.
8. Loops of blue signify availability for joining.
9. There is a gap between our virtues which makes it difficult to connect them.
10. The curtains clasped together are not simply a covering, but are a protective covering.
