1. The blood of the Passover lamb saved them from God's judgment, and the water saved them from the tyranny of the Egyptians.
2. Baptism makes our salvation secure.
3. We are baptized in the Spirit (the cloud) and in the death of Christ (sea).
4. Baptism saves us from bondage and brings us into absolute freedom in Christ.
5. God's goal is habitation, dwelling place, and sanctuary.
